Site content and personal use
Unless a page says otherwise, Small Marks owns or lawfully uses the text, layout, and editorial visuals on the site. You may read, save a link, and use limited references for personal tattoo planning. You may not republish substantial portions, remove credits, sell the material, use it to build a competing collection, or present it as your own work.
Artist-respectful use
Articles may help you identify a motif, mood, line weight, scale, or placement. They do not grant permission to copy another artist’s tattoo or drawing. Ask your tattoo artist to create the final design for your body and placement.
Digital downloads
Tattoo design packs and the Motif & Meaning ebooks are licensed for personal tattoo planning. Artwork may be shared with the tattoo artist working on that tattoo and adapted for the reader’s body and placement. Files may not be resold, redistributed, uploaded, sublicensed, or turned into products for sale.
